What is a user?
A user is defined as one personalised email address (you@yourbusiness). Group email aliases such as sales@yourbusiness and support@yourbusiness are included in pricing and don’t count as additional users.
What happens after my trial ends?
Once your free 14-day trial of G Suite ends, you then have the option of signing up to G Suite. At this point, you can choose to pay by credit card, or depending on the location of your business, you may also pay by direct debit.
You can also pre-pay by making a manual payment to your account. The credit will be automatically debited at the start of each month, instead of your primary form of payment being automatically charged.
